In a number of cases, LETT has assisted owners, creditors, boards of directors or executive boards in reconstructing ailing businesses. The assistance rendered comprised all kinds of reorganisation, including corporate changes, capital injections or divestment of some or all activities. Our advice includes both impact assessment of share or asset transfers and planning as well as determining the most appropriate structure considering the needs and situation of the individual debtor or creditor.
