Private equity and venture capital
LETT’s private equity/venture capital department has considerable experience within this field and provides advice on private equity matters in connection with establishment of private equity and venture capital funds in Denmark and on Danish investors’ agreements with foreign funds.
LETT’s clients include both management companies and institutional investors and we offer high quality advice on best practices in the current market.
LETT has advised i.a. the Danish Venture Capital Association on implementing the MiFID Directive in Danish law in connection with negotiations with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
LETT’s advisory services as regards private equity/venture capital include drafting of transaction models and establishment of private equity and venture capital funds as well as structuring of limited partnership companies and partnership companies/limited partnership funds.
LETT provides advice on alternative investments, including in real estate and infrastructure, mezzanine and hedge funds. We also advice on buy-outs/buy-ins, delisting, private placements, restructuring and spin-outs as well as on secondary buy-out funds, funds of funds as well as other secondary transactions.
In addition, we provide advice on incentive programmes (carried interest arrangements) for management companies as well as on all aspects concerning corporate governance.
