One of LETT’s specialities and major practice areas is advice on company law as well as other issues of commercial law.

LETT provides advice within all areas of company law to both Danish and foreign businesses, whether large or small.
LETT’s advisory services as regards company law include i.a. choice of corporate form and establishment of companies and branches. We assist in connection with capital increases and other kinds of capital injection, including mezzanine capital, and in connection with capital reductions.
LETT provides advice on shareholders’ agreements and incentive programmes, including planning of various types of share remuneration. We also assist in connection with amendment of articles of association, mergers, demergers and conversions of companies, e.g. liquidation.
Our attorneys also provide assistance in planning and holding general meetings, including chairing meetings. In that connection we provide advice on the rules and principles of management liability.
LETT has conducted a very substantial number of lawsuits related to company law, including cases concerning the purchase of companies for tax evasion purposes, which concerned the borderline between legal financing and illegal self-financing.
